This area is for contractors, BMS firms and plant room installers who already know roughly what they need. Download an order sheet, fill it in and email it back with any drawings or photos. I will confirm price and lead time before anything is engraved.
How to use the trade portal
This is designed to be quick for site managers and office staff. No account, no log in, just clear order sheets that match how you work.
1 · Download the right sheet
Pick the sheet that fits what you are ordering. For panel labels use the panel sheet, for valve discs and plantroom tags use the valve sheet. For anything a bit odd, use the misc sheet and add as much detail as you can.
2 · Fill in your details
Add project, main contractor, required by dates and one line per item. If you already have a schedule, you can paste straight into the sheet so you do not have to retype everything.
3 · Email everything over
Once you are happy, save the sheet and email it over with any drawings or photos that help. I will reply confirming any queries, the price and when I can deliver.

4 · Keep it simple for repeat work
For clients I work with regularly I can keep copies of order sheets, label layouts and settings so repeat work is quick. If you want a standard template with your own fields, let me know and I will set one up.
